Z750 Torque Specifications
« on: February 06, 2007, 11:48:39 AM »
I see a lot of posts asking about certain torque specifications so I figured I'd just post everything.  These are from the Z750 service manual.

I don't think these are different than th z750s but I will be able to confirm that in a few days.  Anybody else know for sure?

the axle torques are the same, but that is all i have memorized.

it would be great to get the periodic maintinance schedule on here too.

I went over like 30 different things and the torque settings are the same.  There are obviously some on the S that aren't on the non-S such as windscreen bolt.

Anyone got this info for an 07-08 model Z750 ?

Full service manual would be ideal.

Looking to put crash-protectors on when I get the bike - would like to know that the engine bolt is re-torqued properly.

I can't imagine the specs would be that far off from the 05-06.  Loctite and 33 lbs, that is what I would do.

Where is this bridge located? That could be a good investment if it was in a prime location. I could toll the people to cross and be making my money back in no time.
