Place a Picture with ImageShack Tool (Updated 5/20/06)
« on: May 16, 2006, 01:49:11 AM »
We have created this guide to help you post your images on the forum. Image hosting for this forum works in conjunction with ImageShack, which is a remote image hosting service. It's really pretty simple. Do it once or twice and you'll be an expert in no time. :)

Note: If you happen to look at a post and your or someone else's are "missing", use your browser's refresh button to re-load the page. Because the images are being displayed remotely here from the Image Shack site, sometimes the images won't load due to heavy server loads on their end. Refreshing the browser window often fixes this. It's rare, but it can happen. It's a free service, so we really can't complain too much, especially since most of the time the images load without isssue. We remain comitted to finding a more permanent solution, but until that happens, we think this method is a pretty good compromise.

Hi Chris,
I'm still having probs posting pics (see sargent seat thread). Are you still working on this, or is it fixed and the problem is on my end?
Also, I see that the Forum page is kinda stretched out now so you have to use the slide bar at the bottom of the page, and move right and left to read all the text. Is this a permenant change?
Thanks for all your time and effort, JB

No I haven't added the attachment mod, it will happen within the next day or two. Time is at a premium when I'm not working, I'm riding! (actually lately I've been riding more than working)

the left and right scroll issue I was not aware of, but yes that would be caused by the new art work, I check it on smaller monitors and fix it accordingly, sorry for the inconvenience.

Christopher

Check it now the left and right scroll issue should be resolved.
If not please let me know what size monitor and browser you are using.
Thanks
