One of the first changes was a fender eliminator by Targa Accessories at

http://www.targa-acc.com/

Search product # 22-454, but there is no picture and it is $49.95. The instructions were great and the holes aligned perfectly. Drilled 1 hole for an LED license plate light that comes with the kit. It came with some really cheap short stalk signals. Replaced them with Shock Racing LED signals, Mini 6 model. Only minor wiring was necessary.

http://www.shockracing.com/

They each have 18 LEDs. Installed these front and rear. The front require Indy Spacers made by Shock Racing. You need a spacer on the inside and outside of fairing on each side. 1 pair of LEDs were about $35. VERY bright! I removed the stock fender, including the luggage hooks. I installed some 8mm bungee nuts ($10) by installing a 1/4" thick piece of aluminum stock on the inside of the undertail and used 8mm X 20mm (length) bolts to fasten the bungee nuts from the inside of the undertail, through the aluminum stock. I placed washers between the outside of the undertail and the bungee nuts to help distribute the load and used a lockwasher between the bolts and aluminum bar.

The bungee nuts were installed using the leftover holes from the factory luggage hooks and reflectors, so no other drilling is needed. They are very secure. I use bungee cords and/or a net routinely and have not had a problem. A great fix for about $15 in parts.

Rear delrin spools with 10mm X 1.25 thread bolt.
They are really well made, and work great.
I have tested them on my Z750 and nice thing is they come with the actual fine thread bolt you cannot find anywhere else!
And a single application pack of Anti-gale thread lock for installation.
They work with all rear stands.
And only $29.50 shipped.

ZeroGravity Double-Bubble Dark Smoke windshield. Dirty, just put it on; it's so dark, it basically matches the side fairings. I wanted to post a pic since it seems to be hard to find online. You can find a place to buy it by Google'ing; also many on eBay:

(never mind the mirrors right now - they are a work in progress!)
