came off bike and not sure what to do next:  spend £1500 to get it back on the road:  put it through insurance and spent £4000:  or try and sell it as is? any suggestions

No idea.  Check autotrader. How bad is the damage. Is it cosmetic. Or have you bent anything chassis wise. Maybe fix it and keep it. I crashed my zed 2 years ago and rebuilt it easily enough with bits I found on eBay. Looks better the new now

not sure i will be able to use it again because of the left wrist, the frame is good mostly cosmectic apart the fuel tank in orange, oil cover housing, cluch leaver and rear body work
