2011 Rock And Roar

For those of you that may or may not know about a nice Ride Event in Western NY. It is called Rock and Roar and the turnout is fantastic. The route is about 6 hours or so and is very well received by all of the towns that the event goes though. Each Town has the route blocked off and there are hundreds if not thousands of people lining the streets waving and cheering on the bikes. The link to the site is http://www.rockandroar.com/ and this year they are raffling off a new 2011 Harley Sportster as the Grand prize & a new Bike Trailer as the 1st prize. If you are in the area or want to make a trek to Western NY for the ride we can meet up and travel together.

The ride was awesome. 1000 bikes and about 1600 riders. The trip was 120 miles and I had the wife on the back of the Zee the whole time. Temps were in the 90's but it wasn't too bad. The kickstands went up at 11:00 am and we returned at 5:00 pm. No accidents that I know of and a good clean ride. There is a 140 miler this coming weekend that we are doing as well.
