signing off for the most part
« on: June 08, 2011, 06:57:08 AM »
hey guys,

just so you don't think i fell off the face of the earth, i'm not going to be on here much anymore. i just moved cross country to savannah, GA. i'm stoked about the longer riding season. :) but as it would happen the site is blocked at my new job and that's usually when i would check in. :( reach me by PM if you like or need any mod assistance.

thanks!

Congrats on the move.  Gotta love more riding time.

So you're leaving the Lazy B?  Best wishes to you and your wife.  If you get back this way, give me a shout!

Thanks, guys. Yup, I left. I tried to relocate to the southeast for a long time and it never happened so had to jump ship. I'll be at the Little G now. :)

I'm bummed we never got to ride together, Mike. I haven't done much recreational riding in a while. Mainly just commuting. It's going to be about the same now... just more. Time to go gear shopping. :D

I flew there for an interview decades ago -- thought it was a great company with a great product, just too far from family and friends.  If Bill Whitton is still the chief engineer (or VP of engineering) there, say hi to him for me.  We used to work together, and he was my boss for a while.  Great guy.  Best wishes, and if I ever get to Savanna, I'll try to give you a shout.
