rear shock swap.. again!!!! im sorry to ask but cant find what i need

right iv got an 06 z750. want to swap rear shock to a 05/06 zx636. i need to modify the bottom of the shock link? (where the bush is) can i just file down the bush insert or is it the whole arm that needs machined? or can i get a bush for an 05/6 and stick it in instead?
ps i also know about the rectifier thats no prob

anyhelp or pics would be awesome thanks. is it easier to get the linkage with the shock and just swap the lot?

I've got the 04 shock it fitted straight in. Thought the later ones were the same

just found what im looking for.in a dif section doh! it is different! cheers anyway.id go for an 04 but cant find any

You can swap the entire shock and linkage and it all bolts in.  I bought just the '06 ZX-6R shock without the linkage, and trimmed down the inside of the lower shock ears to fit over the stock Z750S bushing.  Good luck!!

Just trim a few mmm off of the lower shock bush and it bolts straight on

I also installed a rear shock off an 04, it was a direct fit.  Pretty easy install.
