It must be no larger than 150 pixels in either dimension, and it must be less than or equal to 39KB in size.  Check that those are the case first.

My daughter is scared of that moneky.  She saw it on Family Guy once and when it is "bed time" she will say, "But there's a monkey in my closet".  I hope she isn't scarred for life.
